Main Courses

Grilled Rib Eye of Beef with caramelised Potatoes, Roast Root Vegetables and Red Wine Sauce.

Fillet of Brown Trout with Herb Risotto, Crayfish tails and Arran Mustard Sauce.

Breast of Corn Fed Chicken with Creamed Potatoes, Savoy Cabbage, Chanterelles and Tarragon.

Desserts

Coffee, Orange and Vanilla Panna Cotta.

Steamed Ginger Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce.

Terrine of Dark, White and Milk Chocolate Mousses.
