Rates are per person, for the length of stay and are based on two people sharing.
Rates are inclusive of room, dinner, breakfast, entertainment and VAT at 17.5%
(Over Christmas, Christmas Day Lunch is also included)

All Suites are spacious and have their own private sitting rooms. You can view one of our Master Suites; Upper Turret or Rock Garden on our web site’s "Virtual Tour".

Extra Guests:
Child sharing with two adults (up to 14 years old); £320   
Third adult in a Suite at Christmas; £445               
Third adult in a Suite at New Year; £490   
N.B. No children to join the Hogmanay Dinner Dance – supper will be served earlier.

Deposit:
A deposit of £200 per person is required at the time of booking.  If you cancel within six weeks of arrival, deposits are only refundable if we re-let the whole of the accommodation on your behalf. Deposits are non refundable if you cancel within four weeks of arrival.

Cancellation: 
If you cancel, or reduce your reservation within six weeks of arrival you are liable for the full charges quoted. If we re-let the accommodation we will be happy to reduce the applicable charges. You can insure against cancellation for reasons outwith your control.
