Deposit: A deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking. Should your length of stay be more than two nights, a larger sum may be required as a deposit. This will be discussed at the time of booking.

If you cancel within seven days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Charges:  If you cancel your booking within seven days of arrival, you may be liable for the full costs of the reservation. However, should your room(s) be re-let we shall be pleased to refund the applicable portions of the cancellation charges. You can insure against cancellation for reasons beyond your control.

Single Occupancy: Please discuss with the Management.

Special Diets: Please inform us well in advance.

Entertainment: All ‘entertainment’ is subject to confirmation.

Breakfast: A full Scottish Breakfast is included.

Lunch: Light snacks are available, lunch by prior arrangement.

Dinner: Four courses, canapés, petit fours and coffee.

Non-resident guests: If you wish to have guests to join you, please reserve a table well in advance as space can be limited.
